Be it known that we Daniel England us the prinicipal, and James R England are
surrely, wre jointly and sererally boun to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the sum of one hundred dollars.
The Condition
of this Bond is as follows:
That wherras Marriage is inteded to be solemuized between the above bonded Daniel England he
being over years old of age and Lucinda Roach she being over 21 years of age.Now if there is no lawful course to abstract
said marriage, this bond sahll be void,otherwise it shall remain in full force and effect.
